On November 15th, 2023, LinkedIn will deprecate the API that Full Circle Digital Source Tracker was configured to use. This API was named "202211." To avoid any interruption to your Digital Source Tracker LinkedIn data, you will need to update to the new LinkedIn API, "202309." If you do not perform this update by November 15th, 2023, your LinkedIn data will no longer be accurate in Digital Source Tracker. Make sure you are on version 1.17 or later of the Digital Source Tracker package. Also, make sure you are on version 1.45.2 or later of the Response Management package.
Step 1: Re-authenticate LinkedIn Configuration
- With a user who has LinkedIn Admin privilege, navigate to the Full Circle OAuth Configuration page (apex/fcsc__FCO_VFConfigAuth).
- Click the LinkedIn tab.

- Log in with your LinkedIn credentials.
