Short Answer: Yes!
The data you get from Full Circle ABM will be even richer if you use it with an intent provider (IP) like 6Sense, DemandBase, or Bombora, but you can also use FCI ABM without an IP.
Because FCI ABM uses intent provider data to populate the Detected funnel stage, this stage will not be available to users without an IP. But you'll still be able to configure and track an Account Funnel from the Engaged stage onward by using defined criteria on the Account and pulling in related response data.
