Separate Tracking for Separate Progressions

For DemandBase users that use an Account Status field like "Journey Stage" to drive the funnel, the ABM configuration is designed to close the funnel record whenever the status regresses to a specified stage. Assuming that it progresses to the next stage again later, a new funnel record is created. That way, each funnel progression can be tracked separately.

To see the different date stamps on each funnel progression, you can run a custom report on the Account Funnel Record object and group it by account.

Note: Your Funnel Trends dashboard shows data for each Account Funnel Record, but that data is not displayed by Account. Click into the underlying report to sort the data by Account.
