Version 1.4.1 contains the following improvements and fixes.

Fixed issue where fields on the Campaign Attribution Detail object were not accessible via the Digital Source Tracker permission set.
Fixed issue where Apex code did not have proper access to the CronTrigger object to cleanup deleted scheduled jobs.
Fixed issue where an error was being encountered during decoding when invalid data was present in the UTM parameters.
