Who Gets Permission?
One of the major deliverables you'll receive upon deployment is a package of reports and dashboards to help you get started. To distribute the package properly, we'll need to understand who should have access to Funnel Metrics' reports and dashboards.
We generally recommend installing Funnel Metrics for admin profiles and extending appropriate access through our permission sets. This is so that you can control which users see certain elements of the application. For example, if you have a team of HR users who store candidate data in Salesforce, you would likely exclude those users from Funnel Metrics. You can manage access to the application by assigning permission sets to those users who should be granted access to view all elements of the application. To build on our earlier example, if just one of the HR profile users should see Funnel Metrics, you can make that happen by assigning them the relevant permission set.
Permission Sets
A permission set is a collection of settings and permissions that give users access to various tools and functions. The settings and permissions in permission sets are also found in profiles, but permission sets extend users’ functional access without changing their profiles.

| Full Circle - End User |
- This permission set should be assigned to all new and existing users that access Full Circle data and functionality on Leads, Contacts, Campaigns, Campaign Members and Opportunities.
- It allows users to access all of the Full Circle Fields, Objects, Visualforce pages and Apex classes. This enables them to use the application and reporting features without giving them access to the Full Circle Configuration or Campaign Attribution tab.

- This permission set should be assigned to any users that need to access Full Circle Configuration, including Campaign Attribution.
- It allows users to access all of the Funnel Metrics Fields, Objects, Visualforce pages and Apex classes. This enables them to use the application and reporting features.
- It also grants access to the Full Circle Configuration tab and pages including Full Circle Attribution.
- This permission set does NOT grant additional administrative or system permissions.

| Full Circle Campaign Influence Configuration |
- Assign this permission set to the select set of users who need to configure attribution models, but don't need to access other Full Circle Configuration.
- It allows users access to the Full Circle Campaign Attribution tab in order to configure attribution models.
- It also includes visibility for Visualforce page access for underlying Attribution configuration pages, and Apex class access to those pages.

- Only grant this permission set to users who will need permissions to every aspect of Funnel Metrics.
- It enables unrestricted access to all Full Circle Funnel Metrics Objects and Fields.
- Generally, this set should only be granted to "Full Circle" user for support and troubleshooting.
