Main Configuration

Ready to Get Your Hands Dirty?

Good! Let's dive into your main configuration.

First, navigate to the configuration area in one of following ways:

A. Full Circle Configuration Tab

Look for "Full Circle Configuration" in your available Tabs. If you don't have access to this tab, contact your Salesforce Admin to enable the tab for your profile or user. In the meantime, you can access configuration in the following way as well.

B. Installed Packages Link

Navigate to: Setup > Apps > Packaging | Installed Packages.

Once you see the list of installed packages in your org, locate Full Circle Insights Response Management and click Configure.

If the configuration link is not shown as an option, please see your system administrator to make sure the permission settings are adjusted as needed.

The Full Circle Platform configuration page should appear as below, with all of the Full Circle products you have available. To configure Funnel Metrics, click the "Configure" button under the Funnel Metrics icon block.

After clicking the "Configure" button for Funnel Metrics, you should see the configuration elements for Funnel Metrics (as shown below).
