Welcome to Full Circle University, our online training for Full Circle products. This video training module will present an overview of the Full Circle Response Management reporting and analytics capabilities. We’ll be providing some general background information about how the product works, so that you can more quickly and effectively learn to use the reports and dashboards, and we will give you the tools you need to create your own custom reporting in order to streamline your business processes.
This training is intended for new customers, as well as existing Full Circle customers with new team members who have come onboard, or for anyone who might want a refresher to our reporting structure and tools.
While this training has been created for the Full Circle Response Management product, the training is also applicable to Full Circle Funnel Metrics and Full Circle Campaign attribution offerings. Response Management refers to a combination of Funnel Metrics and Campaign Attribution functionality.
(1:00) Please make a note of any questions that come up as we introduce the building blocks of how our product tracks your data and provides insights. While we will be showing you examples from a generic Response Management installation, we anticipate that you will have questions about reporting that are unique to your organization, and so in addition to this set of general training videos, we’ll also be providing individualized help with your customer success representative.
During your individualized meeting you will review any customizations or questions not answered in these videos. That time will be more focused and helpful for your organization if, in preparation, you’ve watched this video series, refreshed your Response Management dashboards, and made a list of questions and comments to discuss.
We are going to be using the framework of the Full Circle Method when we speak about our reports and dashboards.

The Full Circle Method is a structured process that we have developed to help marketers measure and analyze marketing performance. The pillars of the Full Circle Method, each of which has its own dashboard, are Planning, Achieving, Optimizing and Evaluating, and we will take a closer look at each later in this training. New customers will receive a focused training specifically on this methodology during the implementation process.
Our agenda is as follows:
- Funnel tracking: We’ll review how and why we track a funnel, where to see your funnel and funnel data
- Influence models: We’ll discuss the 2 basic types of influence models and how they work, and how to view your data
- (3:00) Key Concepts: We will define both a response and an active response as foundational knowledge for the rest of the training.
- Key Fields: We will go over the key fields that we use in our reports. This will enable you to use them in your own custom reports as well, and to know where to look for data on an individual record basis.
- Dashboards/Best Practices: We will look at the Dashboards that come with the Full Circle Method, flag some of the components that our customers find most useful, and identify some best practices for using the dashboard data.
- Resources: In the Support and resources section, we’ll show you where to find documentation and resources, tips and tricks, and introduce you to the support site and website resources.
