MM KB 1002: Lead Convert button is missing from the Visualforce page

Issue

Some users cannot see the "Convert Leads" button on the LAM_ConvertLeads Visualforce module we added to the Account page.

Solution

Modify the user profile and ensure that Field Level Security permission to convert leads has been granted. Users without permissions to convert leads won't see this button.
