Overview
Now with Touchpoint Capture, Full Circle's flexible Custom Campaign Attribution feature can use key digital touch information to give you more ways to customize your campaign attribution models. Whether you're using a single-touch attribution model or a multi-touch one, you can incorporate digital touches and UTM parameters into your models. This page explains how attribution models may be customized to use new Touchpoint Capture fields.
Campaign Touch Weighting with Touchpoint Capture
The Campaign Touch Weighting section of custom attribution models now support Digital Touch Weight. This weight gives attribution to any Campaign Member where the Digital Touch field is true. Any Campaign Member whose first touch or last touch came from a digital source (tracked by Touchpoint Capture) can now be given a weighting.

Campaign and Campaign Member Field Weighting with Touchpoint Capture
Now in the Campaign and Campaign Member Field Weighting section, any Touchpoint Capture fields may be selected. This allows you to select specific UTM parameters or digital touch conditions to give proper weight to different digital activity. For example, you may want to weight a UTM medium of "email" differently than a UTM medium of "cpc."
