Version 2.0 of Full Circle Campaign Attribution contains a number of new features, as well as fixes and enhancements. Highlights are below in the Release-at-a-Glance.

New Features
Campaign and Campaign Member Field Weighting
It is now possible to apply attribution weighting to campaigns based on specific field values on the Campaign and CampaignMember objects. This introduces a great amount of flexibility so that you can customize your attribution models even further to get more specific and deeper insights into what Campaigns are performing better than others.
How to Configure
This feature is available for each attribution model. To access and configure the feature follow these steps:
- Go to the Full Circle Campaign Attribution tab
- Choose a model and click the Edit button
- Go to Campaign and Campaign Member Field Weighting
- Choose the object and field that you would like to attribute weight to based on a specific value and click Add Table
- Using the table, enter (or select) the value you are interested in attributing weigh to
- In the same table, to the right of the value you entered in the previous step above, enter the weight that should be attributed to responses that have this value
- Scroll to the top or bottom and click Save
New ROI Report
We have included a new example report that shows how to calculate return on investment (ROI) for a marketing campaign. You can customize this report so that it meets your own business needs. It utilizes the total cost of the campaign and the value of closed opportunities related to that campaign to calculate the ROI. The report is named "ROI Example - Model 2" and is located in the "Full Circle Attribution Reports" folder.
New Reporting Package
A brand new, supplementary reporting package is now available that offers new and improved analytics. It is a separate package that requires installation after Campaign Attribution has been installed.
Fixes and Enhancements
New Product Name "Full Circle Campaign Attribution"
We have renamed the product to more accurately reflect the benefits that it provides to users. You will see this reflected throughout the application in various places, such as the main access point -- the Full Circle Campaign Attribution tab.
New Fields on Campaign Attribution Detail Object
The following fields were added to the Campaign Attribution Detail Object. The two new metrics give users insight into critical intervals of time after a Response is created.
Days Before Opportunity Create
This formula field measures the number of days between when the Response occurred and when the Opportunity was created. It uses the Response Date and Opportunity Created Date fields to make the calculation. If they occurred on the same day, the value in this field will be zero. If the Response came in after the Opportunity was created, the value in this field will be blank.
Days Before Opportunity Close
This formula field measures the number of days between when the Response occurred and when the Opportunity closed. It uses the Response Date and Opportunity Close Date fields to make the calculation. If they occurred on the same day, the value in this field will be zero. If the Response came in after the Opportunity closed, the value in this field will be blank.
Enablement Instructions
If you have received an automatic upgrade to Version 2.0, these new fields will not be visible to most users. To allow users to see these fields, have your Salesforce administrator modify the profiles associated to the users to allow field level visibility on them. In addition, if you are using the previous version of the Campaign Attribution Reporting Package, you may need to add these fields to the custom report type that comes with that package.

Extensibility Functions
The following API methods were added to the Apex class called FCI_InfluenceConfigurationPluginAPI:
GetContactsWithResponses
A new overload of this method was added that allows the calling code to specify whether to restrict first touch by date.

Upgrading
If you are an existing customer, your org will automatically be upgraded to Version 2.0 on May 31, 2016. If you would like to upgrade sooner, you can do so. Follow the instructions at Upgrading Campaign Attribution.
