Better Digital Data. Smarter Digital Decisions.
Full Circle Insights Digital Source Tracker (DST) is an application like no other. Built on our flagship Response Management product (now also known as Full Circle Funnel Metrics and Full Circle Attribution), DST gives you a clear, complete picture of the impact of your full-funnel digital strategy. Three powerful pieces of Full Circle technology combine to make this possible:
- Touchpoint Capture tracks and stores anonymous digital touches. When an individual provides you with their information – through a form fill, for example – Touchpoint Capture maps their previously-anonymous touches to a known campaign member in Salesforce. This enables Funnel Metrics and Attribution models to understand the buyer’s whole journey, from first anonymous touch all the way to opportunity won.
- The Daily Aggregate Database gathers a wide array of digital marketing information from Touchpoint Capture, Google Analytics, Salesforce campaign member details, and various ad platforms in a MapReduce algorithm. It then stores this as an efficiently-packaged daily entry in a Salesforce database.
- Four Digital Source Tracker dashboards create in-depth reports using information from Touchpoint Capture, the Daily Aggregate Database, Funnel Metrics, and Attribution. Each dashboard distils these reports down into a series of charts that are concise, relevant, and readily understandable. These dashboards form the core component of the Full Circle Method for Digital Marketing.
Good decisions come from good data – and from good communication. Because it’s built on Salesforce, Digital Source Tracker acts as a single source of truth for both marketing and sales. It also helps unify reporting between marketing operations and digital marketing teams. Critically, it empowers marketers with hard data that enables them to add value to their organizations.
Each component of Digital Source Tracker - Touchpoint Capture, the Daily Aggregate Database, and the Dashboards - has its own corresponding guide in this documentation. These guides contain helpful background information, installation/configuration instructions, use cases, and more. If you find yourself with a question the guides don't address, please don't hesitate to contact your Customer Success representative by logging a case.
