Improvements
Custom Scheduling for Campaign Attribution Database Rebuild
What:
The Campaign Attribution Database Rebuild can now be scheduled to run on any day(s) of the week.
Where:
To configure, click the Full Circle Campaign Attribution tab and then go to the Data Processing section.
Who:
This feature benefits system administrators and marketing and sales teams.
Why:
- System administrators now have more flexibility around when they schedule the rebuild to run.
- Marketing and sales teams can get attribution data in a more flexible manner.
When:
The feature is automatically available but must be configured prior to using.
How:
- Navigate to Full Circle Campaign Attribution tab.
- Go to the Data Processing section and choose what days you want the database rebuild to run.
- Click "Save" and you are done.
Response Date Processing
What:
You are now able to use the Response Date field on the Campaign Member object to identify responses that should be included in attribution calculations. Previously the system only looked at the HasResponded field.
Where:
Both the built-in opportunity and account model have a new option in advanced configuration: "Response Date Applies to Non Responses".
Who:
This feature benefits system administrators.
Why:
System administrators now have more flexibility around how responses may be included in attribution calculations.
When:
The feature is automatically available but must be configured prior to using.
How:
- Navigate to Full Circle Campaign Attribution tab.
- Edit an account or opportunity type model.
- Check the box "Response Date Applies to Non Responses"
- Click "Save" and you are done.
Page Layout for Campaign Attribution Detail Object
What:
A new page layout has been added to the package for the Campaign Attribution Detail Object.
Where:
The page layout can be found at Setup/Objects/Campaign Attribution Detail/Page Layouts.
Who:
This feature benefits system administrators.
Why:
System administrators can now easily view data from the Campaign Attribution Detail object using a standard page layout.
When:
The feature is automatically available but must be configured prior to using.
Full Access Permission Set
What:
A new permission set has been added to the package that provides a user access to all classes, pages, objects, and fields.
Where:
The permission set can be found at Setup/Manage Users/Permission Sets/Full Circle Campaign Influence Full Access
Who:
This feature benefits system administrators.
Why:
System administrators can now easily grant full access to the entire application to any user by assigning this permission set to them.
When:
The feature is automatically available but must be configured prior to using.
How:
- Navigate to Setup/Manage Users/Permission Sets/Full Circle Campaign Influence Full Access
- Click the "Manage Assignments" button and add users
- Click "Save" and you are done.
Option to Hide Deal Explorer Visualization Tab
What:
There is a new configuration setting that allows you to hide the Visualization tab on the Deal Explorer.
Where:
To configure, click the Full Circle Campaign Attribution tab, then click Deal Explorer Configuration button.
Who:
This feature benefits system administrators and marketing and sales teams.
Why:
System administrators can simplify the Deal Explorer experience for their users, if they aren't utilizing the data on the Visualization tab.
When:
The feature is automatically available but must be configured prior to using.
How:
- Navigate to Full Circle Campaign Attribution tab.
- Click the "Deal Explorer Configuration" button.
- Click the checkbox "Disable Deal Explorer Visualization Tab".
- Click "Save" and you are done.
Apex Global API Enhancements
New Methods
The following new global API methods are available in the FCI_InfluenceConfigurationPluginAPI Apex class:

Fixes
There are a number of bug fixes that are included in this release:
- Fixed issue where Primary Marketing Touchpoints on the Deal Explorer were not sorted by model number.
- Fixed issue where responses were not appearing under the "Profile Listing" tab if they were created on the same day as the opportunity create date.
