Getting Your Bearings
In a way, the component charts on your Full Circle dashboards are a little like newspaper articles: They tell you the most important information, but you can learn even more by reading further into the sources behind them - in this case, the reports that provide the information reflected on all those graphs and charts.
Your Funnel Metrics dashboards have been customized for your specific organization. You can find them the same way you find native Salesforce reports and dashboards. If you'd like a refresher on accessing, using, and customizing Salesforce reports, take a moment to go through this trailhead module.
The reports and dashboards that fuel the Funnel Metrics "Dash" reporting package can be found in the following report folders:
Full Circle Report Templates
This folder contains reports that are intended to be used as templates. All of the reports used in the Planning, Achieving, Optimizing, and Evaluating dashboards are variations on the reports in this folder. Pay close attention to the report description, which can be used with search to filter and quickly find specific reports or metrics.
These templates are a great starting point for customization. For more information on customizing successfully, check out FCI's Dashboard & Report Customization Guide.
Full Circle Dashboard Reports
This folder contains variations on the reports found in the Template directory that are referenced in the Planning, Achieving, Optimizing, and Evaluating dashboards. Changes to reports in this folder will also impact the corresponding dashboard. The Report name can be used to identify which dashboard the report is referenced in.

Navigation Tips
If you're looking for something specific, don't be a hero. Use the search bar! We've included categories and descriptions that can be easily searched. For example, if you were to navigate to the Report Templates folder and searched "evaluating," you'd receive a list of every report included in that category.
Report Permission Best Practices
When you're modifying a report, we strongly recommend copying it first and modifying the copy, rather than modifying the original directly. That way, you can use the original as a reference in the future...and you don't run the risk of causing confusion by changing something you didn't actually want to change. Likewise, we also suggest only granting write access to users who will manage the reports, to avoid accidentally saving changes to the report.
