Can I create a campaign that doesn't have a 'Responded' value?
Prior to the Winter 21 release of Salesforce, this was possible. However, the Salesforce platform was changed to require at least one Responded status for each campaign.
If you have an existing Easy CampaignMember status configuration that does not specify a responded status for a given type, status settings for that Campaign will fail, leaving it with the default "Sent" and "Responded" statuses. It is necessary to update your ECMS configuration for that campaign type to include a responded status.
Effective version 1.3.4 of Easy Campaign Member status, this is enforced in our configuration as well.
