Version 1.39.28 contains the following improvements and fixes.

Renamed Invocable Reactivation (previously Process Builder Reactivation) to encourage transition to Flows and Apex.
Extend Initial Field Value Override in Opportunity Lightning Component to set record type, see documentation here.
Minor UI fix in Opportunity Association - campaign lookup.
Minor bug fix in active status reactivation configuration UI.
Address heap errors issue during merge with large number of repeat campaigns.
Optimize asynchronous processing.
A code change that reduces the number of queries and CPU consumption during retrigger operation.
Reduce likelihood of race condition that can potentially reset funnel or status fields on systems with high traffic external integrations.
