Version 1.41.3 contains the following improvements and fixes.

Add account skew protection in record status update sequences.
Adjusted merge logic to improve merging of async records.
Resolve an issue with user based async scoring where records would score even though they were supposed to score asynchronously.
- Note that some customers may see requests in a pending-scoring state and an increased number of scoring async requests as a result of this fix.
