Removing deprecated fields from the Campaign object

How to delete fields marked "Deprecated" in the managed package.

Deprecated Fields on the Campaign

On the Campaign object, you may see 12 managed package fields that can be deleted from your org. Their API names are:

• FCRM__FCR_LostOpRevenueModel1__c
• FCRM__FCR_LostOpRevenueModel2__c
• FCRM__FCR_LostOpRevenueModel3__c
• FCRM__FCR_OpenOpRevenueModel1__c
• FCRM__FCR_OpenOpRevenueModel2__c
• FCRM__FCR_OpenOpRevenueModel3__c
• FCRM__FCR_ClosedOpRevenueModel1__c
• FCRM__FCR_ClosedOpRevenueModel2__c
• FCRM__FCR_ClosedOpRevenueModel3__c
• FCRM__FCR_TotalOpRevenueModel1__c
• FCRM__FCR_TotalOpRevenueModel2__c
• FCRM__FCR_TotalOpRevenueModel3__c

These fields are legacy fields without functionality. In the January 2024 release, marked them as "Deprecated" in our managed package, allowing users to remove them safely from their org.

How to remove Deprecated Fields

To remove these fields:

1. Go to the Campaign object.
2. Look for the OpRevenue fields mentioned above.
3. Notice they have a "Managed - Installed Deleted" icon next to them.
4. 
5. Starting with the three Formula fields (because they reference the nine Currency fields), click "Delete" to the left of the field label.
6. Check "Yes, I want to delete the custom formula" and click the Delete button.
7. Repeat for each of the nine fields.
