FAQ: Creating campaigns that automatically qualify people

How do I create a campaign that automatically qualifies people?

Note:  We are assuming that the threshold in the Full Circle scoring configuration is set to 100 and we are assuming that the field that you're looking at for campaign scoring is called "FCCRM Campaign Threshold"

In order for a campaign to automatically qualify someone, that campaign's threshold scoring field must be set to "100." This will hit the FCI scoring threshold and the campaign response will become the active response.
