New Features
Bulk Funnel Re-association on Campaign Ineligibility
When a tracking campaign is marked ineligible for funnels, Full Circle Response Management can now trigger a bulk re-association job for every funnel already tied to that campaign, rather than requiring each one to be corrected individually.
Who does it benefit?
Campaign managers and administrators who maintain tracking campaign eligibility settings and need to clean up funnel associations when a campaign's eligibility changes.
What problem does this new feature solve?
Previously, if a tracking campaign was left eligible by mistake and funnels became associated with it, each affected funnel had to be corrected one at a time. Now, marking a campaign ineligible for funnels prompts an option to trigger a single re-association job that re-evaluates and corrects all affected funnels at once, with a summary of how many were updated.
Enablement Instructions
A re-association prompt will now appear automatically when you mark a campaign as ineligible for funnels.
Fixes
General Config Import for Person Account Organizations
Fixed an issue where running a General Config Import would fail with a query error on Salesforce orgs using Person Accounts.
Who does it benefit?
Organizations with Person Accounts enabled in Salesforce who use Full Circle's General Config Import feature.
What problem does this fix solve?
On Person Account orgs, importing a General Config would fail with a query error and the import could not complete. Config imports on Person Account orgs will now complete successfully.
Enablement Instructions
This fix does not require enablement.
