This is an unmanaged package that monitors changes in lead and contact scores and, based on configurable criteria, can re-open an existing response, or associate a default response. This package runs in conjunction with the Full Circle Response Management Package.
Business Case: Re-Open Existing Response
Company only wants to open Leads/Contacts when they create a response, but they have known timing issues around scores - where the score will often arrive after the response is associated. In this case, the package monitors for a score increment and immediately evaluates if there is an active response, and if there is not, whether or not there is an existing response that did not open up. If it finds a response to open-up, it will do so, or else it does nothing.
Business Case: Re-Open Existing Response or Associate Default Response
Company wants to open Leads/Contacts for a score increment that reaches threshold even if they have not associated a response. For example, website visits drive up the score and the marketing automation system updates the score, but this type of activity does not cause a campaign response association. In this case, the score increment would wait a defined time period to allow for campaign association (some score increments would have a campaign association), and if there is no active response at the end of the time frame, would first re-open a previous response, or else would associate a default response.
