Nurture Timeout is a feature that allows customers to set different timeout periods for different Status Reasons. For example, we can set a timeout of 5 years for "Competitors", 6 months for "No Budget", or 12 months for "Student". During the timeout period for a lead or contact, the record will not open unless it receives a campaign response from a campaign with the "Bypass Nurture Timeout" checkbox checked.
