Digital Source Tracker Dashboards: Hard Data Made Easy
Full Circle's Digital Source Tracker includes four different dashboards:
- The Digital Engagement Dashboard demonstrates how digital marketing influences customers' online interactions with your company.
- The Digital Cost Dashboard lets you know how much your company is paying for digital marketing.
- The Digital Effectiveness Dashboard offers insights into the performance of your digital marketing, from the campaign level up.
- The Digital Revenue Dashboard shows you how much of your company's revenue can be attributed to digital marketing efforts.
Each Digital Source Tracker dashboard contains between eight and 20 component charts. These charts draw on data from a wide variety of database reports for the current and previous quarter by default. They display the relevant information visually, with tables, bar graphs, donut charts, trend lines, and hybrid graphs that make patterns and anomalies easy to spot.
We designed these dashboards first and foremost to help digital marketers excel. Hard data, reliable reports, and intuitive graphics are valuable tools when you're:
- Evaluating your digital marketing programs against pipeline and revenue.
- Determining your company's current investment in digital marketing, and what it should be in the future.
- Reporting on the impact of marketing to your CEO, CFO, or other executives.
The Digital Source Tracker reports and dashboards are editable by design. When you drill down into a report, you can group the data by different fields, which offers you new ways of looking at the information.
This documentation section introduces each dashboard component-by-component. In addition to every sample chart, you will find:
- A summary of the information it contains
- An interpretation of what that information is saying
- A brief use case describing how to read it and when to use it
- Information about the report and database that supplied the source data
There is also a glossary available with definitions of DST-related terminology.
