- Navigate to https://fullcircle.force.com/success/login
2. Click on "Your Salesforce username" at the bottom and login with your Salesforce credentials, the same credentials you use to login into your company Salesforce org.
4. Once logged in, click Go To Cases then click the New button.
5. To help us help you; when you log a case also provide the following:
- Steps to re-create the issue
- Links to sample records or reports that display the issue; include screenshots to illustrate the problem
- Grant login access to the org where the issue is occurring: http://sforce.co/2sAecpa
- If you are submitting a case requesting access to support.fullcircleinsights.com, set the case subject to ""Full Circle Support Site Access".
