Response Management KB 1002: "A Component Error has occurred!"

Issue

After adding the Full Circle New Opportunity Quick Action (as outlined in the "Create Opportunity from Contact in Lightning Experience" instructions in the RM 1.22 Release Notes) you attempt to create a new Contact and see the following error:

Solution

 

Before you can use this Lightning component, you must set up My Domain, at Salesforce Setup | Domain Management | My Domain. This is a Salesforce requirement.
