- Navigate to https://fullcircle.force.com/success/
- Click on the person icon in the upper right hand corner
3. Click on "Your Salesforce username" at the bottom and login with your Salesforce credentials, the same credentials you use to login into your company Salesforce org.
4. Once logged in, navigate to the Case tab and click the New button.

- Steps to re-create the issue
- Links to sample records or reports that display the issue; include screenshots to illustrate the problem
