The Campaign Influence Detail Object

The Campaign Influence Detail (CID) Object stores the results of campaign influence calculations. CID records are created using data from the Campaign Member records and Opportunity record. A CID record will be created for each Campaign Member response that has influence on the Opportunity. In this article we will go over some of the key fields on CID records that is used for reporting. Key Fields

Tipping Point Response

Checkbox field set to true indicates that this is the tipping point response on the Opportunity

Has Influence Model#

Checkbox field set to true indicates that this response has influence on the Opportunity.

Total Op Revenue Model#

Total Opportunity revenue that this response has influenced

Closed Op Revenue Model#

Closed won revenue for the corresponding Model#

Open Op Revenue Model#

Pipeline revenue for the corresponding Model#

Lost Op Revenue Model#

Closed lost revenue for the corresponding Model#

Note that all of the influenced revenue for the response will always be in only 1 of the 3 available revenue fields (Closed Won, Open or Closed Lost). Full Circle has dedicated fields for each to allow for reporting.
