Release Notes 1.20

Overview

  • Version 1.20 of the Response Management application contains no new major features, and is comprised entirely of fixes and minor enhancements.

Fixes and Enhancements

  • Changed the default value for the configuration setting "Active Mode Conversion Override" to "true".  This setting is located in Advanced Configuration.  This applies to new installs only.

  • All Apex Classes and VisualForce Pages have been updated to Salesforce API 35.  We periodically update the API version of our code in order to ensure maximum compatibility with the platform and take advantage of the latest platform features.

  • Response Management Notifications now respect the security settings of the running user.  If the running user does not have access to a field, it will no longer be merged into the notification message.

  • Fixed an issue where the Campaign Influence database rebuild would get stuck under certain circumstances.

  • Refined Response Intelligence tab and Deal Explorer security enforcement so that records to which the user does not have access to are not visible on the page.
    • Previously the records would be visible but, when selected, if the user didn't have permission to access them, they would encounter an "Insufficient privileges" message.

  • Changed various link and text references from Full Circle CRM to Full Circle Insights.

  • Updated various help text and help links throughout application.

Extensibility SDK

This section is most useful for Apex developers and advanced admins that make use of the Response Management API.

  • Added new global method SetDefaultTestConfiguration.  This function can be used to enable the Response Management application during Apex tests that are configured with "seeAllData = false".
    • Generally speaking, we recommend that you do not use this feature, and that all of your unit tests be designed to work with the application disabled.
    • This function can be useful for integration testing, however.  For full details see the Response Management Extensibility SDK: https://fullcirclecrm.box.com/s/9tlr10w8zyds5e7incr6
